"Find any information on that New Mutant" Adam asked.
"Nothing she's not in here" Jesse said looking through the New Mutant Database. He was getting frustrated with every minute that he was not able to find this New Mutant. "I was able to enhance the picture and I went through the entire database and found nothing" He continued.
The enhanced picture showed a young mutant using Psionic like powers in public view and the team wanted to get to her before the GSA did.
"I know her" Brennan said walking up to Jesse and Adam.
"You do" Jesse said turning to Brennan "Who is she?"
"She's my sister Astrid" Brennan said.
"You have a sister" Emma said walking up.
"I do. I've been taking care of her for the past four years, I can't believe I forgot all about her" Brennan said feeling a little guilty.
"It's ok. You have a rough couple days" Emma said with a smile
"She's a New Mutant isn't she?" Adam asked.
"Yes she's both Feral Feline and Psionic" Brennan said.
"Where were you two living before all this happened?" Adam asked.
"In a trailer park near Rudgers Park" Brennan said.
"She used her powers in public and it was broadcasted on Proxy Blue" Jesse said.
"You don't think the GSA has caught on yet do you?" Brennan said a little worried.
"I hope not" Adam said in a worried tone of voice.

Mason Eckhart sat in his office still fuming over the latest encounter with Adam and Mutant X. He had returned to his office thirty minutes after the incident with Adam and found he had the old Proxy Blue broadcast regarding Mr. Mulwray.
Eckhart ordered his GSA Agents to find the young man in the video and bring him to Genomex. The agents managed to track the young man after two days of searching the city. Mr. Thorne entered Elkhart's office with the young man and told Mason his name was Tony.
"Who are you?" Tony said looking around the large office "And what is this place"
"My name is Mason Eckhart and I saw your message on Proxy Blue and I want to thank you for making us aware of Mr. Mulwray, but unfortunately he got away and has joined a gang of trouble makers known as Mutant X. The leader Adam Kane ruined my database and I want a little bit of revenge" Eckhart said.
"I don't know this Adam. What do you want me to do?" Tony said.
"Tell me do you know the locations of any of these anomalies I will give you money and a top position in the GSA if you can tell me where I find them and bring them to me" Eckhart said.
"Brennan has a sister who has strange powers she can move things with her mind" Tony said. "She is the only other freak I know of honest"
"Where is this freak as you call them" Eckhart said.
"Astrid which is her name, she and Brennan live in a trailer park near Rutgers Park. I'll take you there she's probably home from school by now" Tony said getting a little nervous.
"Good I will send a few GSA agents with you and if you succeed you might just have that job" Eckhart said sitting back in his chair. "Mr. Thorne he better not fail"
"he won't" Mr. Thorne said.

Meanwhile sixteen year old Astrid Mulwray returned to a large trailer she and her brother were living in. She had not seen him or heard from him in two days and was getting rather worried. Astrid was about 5'5"; she had long brown hair, brown eyes and wore a pair of blue jeans and a black shirt.
The trailer had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen, and a living area; there was a window in each bedroom as well as two large windows on both sides of the trailer. The trailer park housed twenty five other trailers in a small area of Rutgers Park.
She went to the small kitchen and took a soda from the refrigerator; she went over to the TV and took a small picture of her and Brennan that was taken a week earlier. "Where are you Brennan?" She thought to herself. She put the picture back when she heard a knock on the door.
"Tony" Astrid said "Where's Brennan?"
"I was going to ask you the same thing" Tony responded.
"Who are they?" Astrid said seeing the three men behind him.
"Friends of mine" Tony said smiling "May we come in"
"No" Astrid said, she had a strange feeling something was not right.
"No's not an option" Tony said as the three GSA walk towards the trailer.
Tony and the agents enter the trailer and fight begins Astrid tries her best to fight off the agents but there are just too many of them. The team arrived fifteen minutes later and found the trailer trashed and Astrid gone.
"Looking for someone" Tony said walking out of the shadows.

"Where is she?" Brennan said angrily
"Someone offered me money for Mutant freaks so I told them where to find one" Tony said smiling.
"Eckhart" Shalimar said.
"Why?" Brennan said.
"You cheated me during our last heist and I needed some money so when those GSA agents came to me the other day and told me Mr. Eckhart wanted to speak to me, I went over and he gave me an offer I couldn't refuse" Tony said.
"Do you even know what they do to New Mutants?" Emma said.
"Why should I care? Those freaks are not my problem. I am off to get paid" Tony said and was about to leave when Brennan grabbed him.
"If he lays one hand on her head I will find you" Brennan said in a warning tone of voice, he lets Tony go and they watch him leave.

Meanwhile in one of the GSA vehicles Astrid sat in the back seat while Thorne and one of the GSA agents drove. Astrid had a plan to escape and felt this was right time to do it.
"So what did Tony tell you about me" Astrid smiled.
"You're telekinetic" Thorne said.
"Then he obviously didn't tell you everything" Astrid said.
"What do you mean?" Thorne said.
"I'm also feral" Astrid said as her eyes went catlike.
Astrid scratched Thorne in the face and then grabbed the driver who pushed the breaks to stop the car. Astrid ran out of the car into oncoming traffic and managed to make it to the sidewalk.
She ran down the sidewalk till she found an alley way and soon realized it was a dead end. She saw Thorne and the driver who were running in her direction.
"You have nowhere to run" Thorne said. "Get her" he ordered.
The GSA agent was about to attack when a young blonde woman appeared out of nowhere and knocked him down. The woman told Astrid to run and Thorne watched as the two ran out of the alley and disappeared.
"Get up" Thorne ordered the agent. "Find Tony he has a lot of explaining to do"

Meanwhile back at Sanctuary Emma, Brennan, Shalimar and Astrid walked in and were greeted by Jesse and Adam.
"Welcome Astrid I'm Adam" Adam said.
"Hi" Astrid said "This place is amazing so this is where my brother had been hiding out the last few days"
The sanctuary was huge, one side had a small pond and Zen Garden and above it was a small flight of stairs that lead to a dojo, and to the left down a small hallway was the team's quarters,
And on the other side where the team had entered was the medical lab, upstairs was a kitchen, dining area and a rec room, there also was a garage that held their cars and a hanger for the Helix.
Astrid was given some tests and was in good health, Brennan wanted Astrid to remain telling Adam that Astrid could be an asset to the team.
Adam wanted to know what the rest of the team felt including Shalimar who was also a Feral. While the others gave Astrid a tour Adam spoke to Shalimar.
"According to Bren her feral abilities are growing every day and I think it would be good for her to have someone who has the same mutation to help her learn to control her feral abilities" Shalimar said.
"I agree" Adam said.
"And plus this way she is protected and Brennan and her can stay together" Shalimar said.
"I agree" Adam said.
"This place is Awesome" Astrid said.
"Glad you approve" Adam said "Brennan would you come with me for a minute"
"What's going on" Astrid said.
"You'll see" Shalimar said.
That afternoon Adam and Brennan were finished making Astrid's CommLink ring. They found Jesse and Emma upstairs at Dojo's computer station and Shal and Astrid at the Dojo. Shal had told Jesse and Emma what was up while Astrid was waiting in the Dojo for Shal.
"Hey guys come down here for a minute" Adam said.
"What's going on?" Astrid said. The team gathered around and Brennan walked up to his sister.
"First I want to say sorry for not contacting you about my whereabouts this all happened so quickly I sort lost track of things I guess. Second would like to make Sanctuary our home" Brennan said.
"And be the newest member of Mutant X" Emma said opening a small box and handing her a ring.
"It's a CommLink ring, its connected to your DNA and yours alone" Adam said.
"What about school? I'm on the basketball team and I don't want to miss out on that" Astrid said taking the ring.
"You won't miss out on school" Adam said.
"What do you say?" Jesse said.
"I say yes" Astrid said smiling.
"Alright" Brennan said smiling and giving his sister a hug.
"How about we celebrate? Who's wants Pizza?!" Jesse said.
Meanwhile at Genomex Mr. Eckhart was not happy at all about Thorne's report. He ordered Tony brought in and when he arrived Tony wasn't sure what to say.
"What do you have to say for yourself" Eckhart said.
"I'm sorry" Tony replied.
"Not good enough. but you have potential to make a good GSA agent, take him to training station twenty.
"Lets go" Thorne said.
He watched the two leave and then stood up and looked out the large window and looked down at the pods that contained the Mutants he had already captured, dreaming of the day Mutant X would be in them.
