Return of the Pition
And wherever the Pitions went, they spread their Truth, Wit, and Snarkiness, bringing delight to the bright, and anguish and heartburn to the Humorless Ones.
But the tide would not forever flow against the Pitions. The Day of the Pition would come again...

Without their fearless leader the battle would be long and hard, but the Pitions are not lacking in courage or strength of will. They would fight until the ends of the earth and never look back, save in remembrance for the First. And the day would finally come when every man, woman, and child had been touched by the goodness that is Pition, the day when all the world once again conversed in a language fit for kings: on that day it is said the First will return to them, reborn, and rejoice with them in a world of Pition.
But that day is not now, or tomorrow, or next day. And so the newfound Pitions gather their strength and multiply, in preparation for the years of hardships that lie before the First returns.
